Motorola V600
|
The Motorola V600 is the replacement for the popular V66 and is available on O2, Orange and Vodafone in limited numbers. Positioned at the very top of the family range that includes V300, V400 and V500 with all their varieties, it outperforms them all by having a better screen, Bluetooth lacking in Motorola V300 and Motorola V400p and such features as changable panels and video playback unique in this group. Not so dissimilar in all other respects to its younger relatives the Motorola V600 is aimed at the high-end of the market and is positioned as an exclusive item. Besides it is the first Quad-band phone produced by Motorola.
Aston Martin and Motorola have collaborated to celebrate the release of the new Aston Martin DB9 by releasing Motorola V600 Aston Martin. Only 1000 limited edition mobile phones have been produced branded with the Aston Martin logo and featuring the sound of an Aston Martin engine as a ring tone and no more will ever be made.
As all the clamshell phones in this line it is very compact measuring 87x47x23mm and weights just 95 grams. It is a Quad-band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz phone with GPRS (4+2) compatible with every GSM network in the world, so it is great for travellers. In addition to USB PC connectivity it provides advanced Bluetooth support.
